• Gold OA (fully-OA journals) - 40+ World Scientific titles are listed in DOAJ. Several are diamond OA with no APC at all (e.g., Asian Development Review, Vietnam Journal of Computer Science); paid titles range from about $400 to$1,500.
• Hybrid OA - most subscription journals offer a per-article OA option; hybrid APCs run higher than fully-OA rates, up to roughly $3,500. APCs vary by journal, so check the handling journal's page before submitting.
• Green OA (self-archiving) - permitted portfolio-wide, with per-title embargo terms.

OA articles are published under CC BY or CC BY-NC licenses, with authors retaining copyright. Fee support includes Read & Publish agreements with institutions such as CERN, MIT, Columbia, ETH Zurich, and UCL; an EIFL partnership giving discounted or waived APCs to researchers in eligible lower-income countries; KCUE discounts for Korean universities; and society-member discounts.
