Abstract: The invention discloses a wireless sensor network node fault polling method based on a mobile robot, belonging to the field of fault diagnosis. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) distributing and networking sensor nodes; (2) determining distances among the nodes and coordinates of the nodes by virtue of RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) distancing; (3) determining an optimal path that the robot traverses each node by virtue of a hybrid genetic algorithm; (4) traversing all the nodes by virtue of the robot, and collecting corresponding data; (5) comparing the corresponding data with node data, judging whether a fault occurs and judging the type of the fault. By virtue of the wireless sensor network node fault polling method, the real-time polling of sensors in a large-scale wireless sensing network can be realized, the method is convenient and practical, and the fault can be diagnosed in real time.
