Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication method for simultaneous data communication, and a wireless communication terminal using the same, and more specifically, to a wireless communication method and a wireless communication terminal using the same to suppress interference between terminals and ensure fairness when performing simultaneous data communication for spatial reuse in a communication system. To this end, the present invention provides a wireless communication method for a terminal, comprising: a step of receiving a wireless signal from a specific channel; a step of extracting BSS identifier information from the received wireless signal; a step of extracting length information from the wireless signal if the BSS identifier information of the wireless signal is different from BSS identifier information of the terminal, wherein the length information indicates information related to the point in time when the transfer of the wireless signal is completed; and a step of adjusting the data transfer period of the terminal on the basis of the extracted length information.
