Wind power generation system

Abstract: PURPOSE: A wind power generation system is provided to adjust the direction of a wind power generation system automatically according to the direction of wind as well as to promote smooth electric generation in a weak wind area. CONSTITUTION: A propeller(14) is rotated by a wind force when a wind blows in an area having a wind power generation system(2). A motor(10) is rotated and the rotational power therefrom is fed to a generator(28) to be useful as electricity. The electricity is charged in a charger(32), and the DC voltage is converted into AC voltage through an inverter(34). The AC voltage is available for electric products. When the charger is charged with the electricity, a heater(36) is turned on by the power of the generator. The propeller changes a direction according to a wind direction. The high resistance of wind is applied to a direction controller(26) if wind blows in a different direction. To reduce the wind resistance, the direction controller is rotated in the blowing direction of wind, and the propeller follows the motion. Therefore, the propeller is rotated by using the wind force to the maximum. A larger amount of electricity is generated even at the same wind speed.
