Vorderer, oberer Schulterquadrant
TL;DR: This anatomical complexity must be considered in questionable isolated injuries in the region of the anterior superior shoulder quadrant because actual isolated injuries are unlikely to be the result of an accident.

Abstract: Der anteriore, superiore Schulterquadrant enthalt wesentliche, funktionell bedeutsame anatomische Strukturen des Schultergelenks.

Displaced proximal humeral fractures. I. Classification and evaluation.
TL;DR: In this article, a new classification was made of these injuries based on roentgenographic appearance and anatomical lesions in 300 displaced fractures and fracture-dislocations of the proximal end of the humerus.

TL;DR: In this paper, a study of 117 three-part and four-part displaced proximal humeral fractures, followed for from one to sixteen years, is presented, and the results were rated by a numerical system.

Displaced proximal humeral fractures
TL;DR: A better classification system was needed to describe fractures and fracture dislocations of the proximal humerus, so careful thought could be given to the course of treatment, based on the actual pattern of the fracture.
