Abstract: The invention relates to a vision detection method and device, a computer storage medium and a computer apparatus. The vision detection method includes: acquiring a position indicated by an indicatorrod when the indicator rod indicates a visual mark on a visual acuity chart; obtaining corresponding visual mark information at the position according to the stored visual mark information table; receiving a response signal from a subject to a visual target at the location; judging whether or not the response signal is wrong is judged according to the visual target information. If yes, the numberof errors is recorded and whether or not the number of errors satisfies the preset condition is judged. If yes, the visual detection result of the subject is outputted. The method performs positioningand judgment by a machine and outputs a vision detection result without requiring too much professional knowledge of the operator and requiring the operator to write down the detection result by hand, thereby improving accuracy and saving time and energy of the operator. The invention also provides an eyesight detection device, a computer storage medium and a computer device.
