Abstract: This thesis validated rapid-sensory profiling methodologies, to contribute to the growing body of evidence investigating these profiling techniques, and further understand their limitations and future potential applications. In addition, this research identified flavours driving liking within commercial and newly-bred strawberry cultivars, to assist in the development of well-liked Australian cultivars.
