Abstract: Reading is the ability to use thoughts and actions to perform visual activities, pronounce a series of letters into words and sentences, master reading techniques and understand the content of the reading correctly. The method used in this study is a literature analysis study. Reading skills are skills that focus on reading words and sentences. The aspects in reading, it seems like pronunciation accuracy, intonation, fluency, clarity of voice and reading ability intact. Reading skills are the ability for a person to be able to read a reading properly and correctly, and can get the message contained in the reading. The purpose of reading is to find and obtain information, include its content and understand the meaning of reading.

Abstract: Career selection is a crucial process that influences a person's satisfaction and success in the workplace. Many individuals, especially students, experience difficulty in determining career choices that align with their interests and skills. Therefore, a system is needed to assist in the decision-making process in an objective and measurable manner. This study aims to implement the ORESTE (Organization Rangement and Synthesis of People's Relationships) method in a decision support system for career selection based on interests and skills. The ORESTE method was used because it can rank alternatives based on multiple criteria without requiring overly complex weighting. The criteria used in this study included gender, interests, skills, salary expectations, and occupation. The research process involved data analysis, weighting, normalization, distance score calculation, and ranking to generate the most appropriate career recommendations. The results show that the ORESTE-based decision support system is capable of providing accurate and relevant career recommendations based on user characteristics. This system is also considered to help students understand their potential and facilitate the career decision-making process. Thus, the application of the ORESTE method has proven effective as an objective, systematic, and efficient decision-making tool in determining career choices according to individual interests and skills.
Reading Literacy: Difficulty In Understanding Problems In Mathematical Problem Solving

Abstract: Students' capacity to solve problems is impacted by their low reading proficiency. This study aimed to characterize how students' reading literacy affected their comprehension of problems, which is the initial step in problem solving. 39 elementary school pupils in the fifth grade served as the research subjects for the descriptive analysis research method. The data analysis results demonstrated that students with high category abilities could comprehend the meaning of problems when they were solving them, but they needed to be meticulous and deeply involved in the difficulties they were working on. Due to their limited capacity for issue interpretation, students in the medium and low category abilities were not yet able to answer problems as a whole.
