Abstract: The invention discloses a time difference positioning system and a time difference positioning method for a deep well drill bit position and belongs to the technical field of signal positioning. The time difference positioning system for the deep well drill bit position comprises a signal sensor array, a signal processor and a computer, wherein the signal processor eliminates a noise jamming signal in a drilling operation environment to obtain a vibration signal of a drill bit according to a vibrating acoustic wave signal measured by the signal sensor array and performs analog/digital conversion on the vibration signal of the drill bit; and the computer determines the position of the drill bit by utilizing the time difference positioning method. According to the method, the range of acoustic wave vibration frequency is set and acquired, the interference factors of noise signals in the drilling operation site are eliminated, and three-dimensional positioning of the drill bit is realized; and moreover, the calculated amount is small, the gradient of the drill bit is monitored in real time, the position of the drill bit is adjusted in real time, and the engineering requirements of drilling operation are met.
