Abstract: The invention discloses a time-based application program access permission control method. The time-based application program access permission control method includes judging whether current time is within a time slot corresponding to a school mode or not when application programs are started; determining access permission of the application programs in the time slot if the current time is within the time slot; allowing or denying access to the application programs according to determination results. Compared with the prior art, the time-based application program access permission control method has the advantages that access to the certain application programs by the aid of mobile phones of users can be allowed or denied in the time slot corresponding to the school mode, so that behavior that students play games and read electronic books via the mobile phones during class can be prevented, and the time-based application program access permission control method is good in user experience. The invention further discloses a time-based application program access permission control mobile terminal.
