Abstract: The present invention relates to a tree electrode cell. Particularly, the present invention relates to a three electrode cell for measuring the difference of electrode of a secondary battery. The three electrode cell includes: an electrode group comprising a cathode, an anode, and a reference electrode; an electrolyte solution in which the electrode group is dipped; and a housing where the electrode group and the electrolyte solution are sealed. At this time, the reference electrode is isolated to the cathode, the anode and the electrolyte. Thereby, pollution due to the surface exposure of the reference electrode in measuring a potential difference, is prevented, an accurate potential measurement can be carried out; and lifespan characteristic of the three electrode cell can be improved.
