Temperature, periodicity and horizons
TL;DR: In this article, the KMS condition of quantum statistical mechanics is derived, with special attention to quantum field systems satisfying relativistic commutation relations and linear field equations, and the application of these ideas to horizons in general-relativistic settings is reviewed.

Advances in perturbative thermal field theory
Ulrike Kraemmer,Anton Rebhan +1 more
TL;DR: The progress in the last decade in perturbative quantum field theory at high temperatures and densities, made possible by the use of effective field theories and hard thermal/dense loop resummations in ultrarelativistic gauge theories, is reviewed in this paper.

Dynamical entanglement entropy with angular momentum and U(1) charge
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors considered the time-dependent entanglement entropy for a 1+1 dimensional CFT in the presence of angular momentum and U(1) charge.

Entanglement interpretation of black hole entropy in string theory
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the entropy resulting from counting of microstates of non extremal black holes using field theory duals of string theories can be interpreted as arising from entanglement.
