Abstract: The invention discloses a testing system and a testing method for an electric power metering equipment type test. The system comprises a server, a climate environment testing device, an electromagnetic compatibility testing device and a mechanical vibration testing device. The server respectively makes the climate environment testing device, the electromagnetic compatibility testing device and the mechanical vibration testing device perform a corresponding type test. Each test device transmits testing data to the server. The server performs classification and storage on climate environment testing data, electromagnetic compatibility testing data and mechanical vibration testing data according to the testing device type and data type. According to the testing system and the testing method, a distributed terminal connecting management mode is utilized; the electromagnetic compatibility testing device, the climate environment testing device and the mechanical vibration type testing device are integrated with a to-be-tested device, thereby classifying all testing data and wholly recording the testing data into a testing system. The testing system and the testing method can realize sufficient understanding and mastering to all performance of the tested electric power metering equipment, and long-term tracking for performance of the electric power metering equipment.
