Abstract: The invention discloses a tea-steaming device. The device includes a steaming tank. A mounting opening is arranged on the upper side of the steaming tank. A processing tank is arranged inside the mounting opening. A fixation opening is arranged on the lower side of the processing tank. A steam-collecting hood is arranged inside the fixation opening. The lower end part of the steam-collecting hoodextends to the inside of the steaming tank. The upper end part of the steam-collecting hood extends to the inside of the processing tank. A fixation mechanism is arranged on the upper end part of thesteam-collecting hood. A filter board is arranged on the upper side of the fixation mechanism. A tank cover is in threaded connection with the upper side of the processing tank. A driving motor is fixedly connected to the upper side of the tank cover. The output end of the driving motor is connected with a rotating shaft. One end of the rotating shaft passes through the top of the tank cover and extends to the inside of the processing tank, wherein the end is further away from the driving motor. According to the invention, in the process of steaming tea, stirring tea leaves is more convenientso as to avoid the tea leaves contacting each other for a long time to fully soften the tea leaves; tea-steaming effects are guaranteed; and tea-steaming efficiency is also improved by collecting steam with the steam-collecting hood.
