Abstract: The invention discloses a tea processing and making method which comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out fixation, namely picking tea, treating the tea in an ordinary oven at a high temperature of 100 DEG C for 10 minutes, removing extremely high moisture in the tea, and softening the tea; (2) rolling, namely rolling the sheet tea into strips; (3) drying and sterilizing, namely adopting adrying device for processing; (4) pressing, namely filling the tea of the fixed variety and weight by gauze, softening the tea with steam, and pressing the tea into shapes of cake, block, brick, melonand the like; and (5) airing. According to the high-efficiency drying device, the tea can be well dried, the tea drying quality is ensured, the drying efficiency of the device is greatly improved, and the device is safe and reliable. Therefore, the device has an excellent drying effect and is convenient and rapid, and convenience is brought to operations of the staff, so that the device has excellent convenience.
