Abstract: PURPOSE:To simplify the system switching control, by suplying a power supply driving a switching circuit of a system switching device from a controller of common use system CONSTITUTION:A communication controller 6 is a controller of the common use system and incorporates a system controller 9 A relay 8 driving a contact (a) of the switching circuit of the system switching device 9 obtains a current from a power supply E of the communication controller 6 If the power supply E is failed, when a data terminal device 1 is connected to a line connecting section 10 of the communication controller 6, the relay 8 is restored and the contact (a) is reversed as shown by a solid line The data terminal is connected to a line connecting section 11 of a communication controller 7 This operation does not require the control of the monitor 5 Then, the system switching control is simplified
