Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate single layered part improving the system reliability by a method wherein the output of multiplied controller is selected inside switching element. CONSTITUTION:For one example, a P-N type thyristor switching element is provided with two switching signal input parts 1, 2 so that the P layer connected with respective input part 1, 2 may be connected to N layers in series making conductivity of one input part 1 defective in a logic circuit ''1'' i.e. supplying the one input part 1 with gate current or beams due to insufficient carriers while making conductivity of both two input parts 1, 2 acceptable due to sufficient carriers. As for the other example, the P layer connected with the two switching signal input parts 1, 2 may be connected to N layers in parallel so that the conductivity of said two parts 1, 2 may be made acceptable meeting the ''OR'' requirements of said two input signals.
