Abstract: The invention relates to a square forming device for parallel bunched cables. The square forming device comprises a lower support provided with a first groove and an upper support provided with a second groove. One end of the upper support is in rotatable connection with one end of the lower support. The other end of the upper support is in butt joint with the other end of the lower support. The lower support is provided with a locking device used for enabling the upper support to be locked on the lower support. The inside of the second groove is movably connected with a first fixed pulley. The inside of the first groove is movably connected with a second fixed pulley. Gaps for allowing the parallel bunched cables to penetrate conveniently are formed between the first fixed pulley and the second fixed pulley. The square forming device has the advantages that the parallel bunched cables penetrate the gaps between the first fixed pulley and the second fixed pulley, pressure exertion and square forming processing is carried out on the parallel bunched cables simultaneously through the first fixed pulley and the second fixed pulley, what is needed is that one person carries out paying-off operations, one person ties ribbons, square forming work procedures are simplified, work load is reduced, square forming efficiency is improved, and the parallel bunched cables are orderly after square forming operations.
