Abstract: A housing for a solid oxide fuel cell, the housing including a plurality of side walls defining a cavity; a first opening in one of the plurality of side walls, the first opening being configured to allow fluid to enter into the cavity; a second opening in one of the plurality of side walls, the second opening being configured to allow the fluid to exit from the cavity; and a flow path extending unit between the first opening and the second opening to increase a length of a flow path between the first opening and the second opening.
