Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software management system by which only software required for a client terminal can be automatically installed without using a storage area of the client terminal wastefully, and to provide a software management program thereof. SOLUTION: If installation of software is requested from a client PC, a management server checks license of the software, determines whether it can be licensed, and if possible, transmits the software with a installation permission signal.
