Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles as MRI contrast agents for non-invasive stem cell labeling and tracking.
TL;DR: This review aims to summarize the recent progress in the design and preparation of SPions as cellular MRI probes, to discuss their applications and current problems facing in stem cell labeling and tracking, and to offer perspectives and solutions for the future development of SPIONs in this field.
Transmission Electron Microscopy as a Tool for the Characterization of Soft Materials: Application and Interpretation.
TL;DR: In general cryo‐TEM is by far the best suited method and many mistakes and over‐interpretations can be avoided by the use of this technique, which is explained here with respect to their application, limitations and interpretation.
Zwitterionic copolymer self-assembly for fouling resistant, high flux membranes with size-based small molecule selectivity
TL;DR: In this article, the size-based rejection between small molecules ( −2 ǫ h − 1ǫ bar −1 ) was shown to be effective for protein separations, purification of pharmaceuticals, and wastewater treatment.

Substituent effects on absorption spectra of pH indicators: An experimental and computational study of sulfonphthaleine dyes
TL;DR: In this article, a combined experimental and theoretical study is presented to elucidate the halochromic behavior of a large set of sulfonphthaleine compounds, and the combination of theory and experiment is able to give a better understanding of the pH sensitivity; the methodology in this work will be useful in future dye design and is applicable to other dye classes.

Concentration-Directed Polymorphic Surface Covalent Organic Frameworks: Rhombus, Parallelogram, and Kagome.
Yi-Ping Mo,Xuan-He Liu,Dong Wang +2 more
TL;DR: The reversibility and the self-sorting ability of the dynamic covalent reaction make it possible to control the polymorphic distribution similar to the principle demonstrated in supramolecular self-assembly.

New Directions in Cryptography
TL;DR: This paper suggests ways to solve currently open problems in cryptography, and discusses how the theories of communication and computation are beginning to provide the tools to solve cryptographic problems of long standing.
How to share a secret
TL;DR: This technique enables the construction of robust key management schemes for cryptographic systems that can function securely and reliably even when misfortunes destroy half the pieces and security breaches expose all but one of the remaining pieces.
Supramolecular Chemistry: Concepts and Perspectives
Jean-Marie Lehn
- 26 May 1995
TL;DR: From molecular to supramolescular chemistry: concepts and language of supramolecular chemistry, molecular recognition, information, complementarity molecular receptors - design principles and more.
The Chemical Basis of Morphogenesis
TL;DR: In this article, it is suggested that a system of chemical substances, called morphogens, reacting together and diffusing through a tissue, is adequate to account for the main phenomena of morphogenesis.
