Bringing Sustainable Growth Back to Business and the People in Europe: A 'Triple-I' Strategy
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors lay down a sustainable growth strategy consisting of innovation, internalization of externalities, and integration -called "Triple I." Looking forward towards measures to be taken, the paper also explores the frontiers for a partnership between the public and the private sector: increasing resource productivity, lowering residual cost for raw materials; energy integration; urban mobility services; and Tradable emission permits.
