Abstract: The invention discloses an R-fluoxetine or racemic fluoxetine salt type pharmaceutical composition, use thereof and treatment method thereof The composition contains at least one of R-fluoxetine, pharmaceutically acceptable salt type of R-fluoxetine and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salt type of racemic fluoxetine as well as pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliaries The pharmaceutical compositionis capable of promoting the synthesis of melanin in a dose-dependent manner and promoting the expression of melanin synthesis key enzyme tyrosinase and key transcription factors MITF in a dose-dependent manner, so that the pharmaceutical composition can be used for treating or relieving the melanin synthesis, and induced diseases are reduced By replacing racemic fluoxetine with the pharmaceutical composition containing R-fluoxetine as a drug, the dose of a patient can be relatively small, and the occurring probability of bad side effects is reduced
