Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process management system and a process management method for visualizing the interference of a working area based on a work process.SOLUTION: A process management system comprises a link unit 135, an area information generation unit 145 and a congestion state detection unit 155. On the basis of inputted work schedule information, the link unit 135 extracts work process information containing information about a working term and working area information for performing work from the work schedule information and links the extracted work process information and the extracted working area information to generate link information. On the basis of the link information linked by the link unit, the area information generation unit 145 generates area information about a working situation in the working area at every time. On the basis of the area information at every time generated by the area information generation unit 145, the congestion state detection unit 155 detects a congestion state at every time in the working area and outputs information indicating the detected congestion state at every time to a terminal device.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupational health and safety management system capable of reducing the burden of work for risk assessment.SOLUTION: The occupational health and safety management system includes: a reference information storage unit 110 in which a risk information table describing a plurality tasks and work processes as well as risk information in association with each other is preliminarily stored; a construction detail acquisition unit 120 which acquires construction details of a construction being the object of risk assessment; a task selection accepting unit 130 which accepts an operation of selecting a task from the plurality of tasks, from a user in association with a construction type included in the construction details; and a risk information presentation unit 140 which generates a list of work processes and risk information corresponding to the selected task and presents the list to the user in association with the corresponding construction type.
