Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of formed coke. The preparation method includes the steps of firstly, mixing brown coal semi-coke powder with brown coal to obtain a mixed material; secondly, evenly mixing the mixed material with a composite adhesive; thirdly, performing extrusion forming on the evenly-mixed materials obtained in the third step under the pressure of 15-20MPa to obtain the formed coke. The preparation method has the advantages that cold pressing forming is used, brown coal semi-coke which can be extremely easily pulverized is used as the raw material, effective utilization of dust-containing oily sludge is achieved at the same time, and the formed coke excellent in performance is prepared; the method which uses local raw materials is low in equipment investment, low in production cost, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and easy to achieve batch production.
