Enhancing Thermal Insulation of Geothermal Well Cement Using Alkali-Activated Straw Ash and Natural Zeolite
TL;DR: Alkali-activated straw ash and natural zeolite can enhance the thermal insulation of geothermal well cement, improving heat extraction efficiency. The optimal mixture has a compressive strength of 9.26 MPa and 24.46 MPa at 38 °C and 60 °C for 8 h, respectively, and a thermal conductivity reduction rate of 42.41%, 50.29% and 54.03% at 30 °C, 60 °C and 90 °C, respectively.
