Abstract: This study aimed to predict job performance of Iranian physical education teachers based on basic psychological needs satisfaction and integrative self-knowledge variables. The research method was descriptive correlational and in terms of purpose it was applied. The statistical population of this study was 650 physical education teachers of Ilam city and the sample size was 241 using Cochran formula. This study highlights the idea that developing the efficiency and effectiveness of employees' activities by the help of managers in the form of job performance can have a significant effect on profitability and, ultimately the development of organizational productivity.
