Abstract: The invention provides a power equipment operation reliability testing device by optimizing multiple function detection systems, constructing an all-working-condition simulation system and integratingtechnologies of an intelligent load system and the like. The device comprises a testing control system, a power supply system, an environment interference simulation system, the intelligent load system and to-be-tested power equipment. The invention further provides a testing center and a testing judgment method based on the device. The testing center comprises a testing control system area, a power supply system area, the environment interference simulation system, an experiment area, an intelligent load system area and an auxiliary function area. According to the device, the testing centerand the testing judgment method, the system testing of the whole power equipment under all working conditions is realized, and the operation parameters of the power equipment under the actual workingconditions are fully verified, so that the comprehensive performance of the power equipment can be more accurately quantified and judged, and the problem that a traditional laboratory is restricted byfactors of insufficient design ideas, incapability of simulating multiple interference factors at the same time, simple control system and the like can be solved.
