Abstract: deviation method for decision making is the selection of the professional students based on their skills by the recruiters using Intuitionistic Fuzzy sets. Sanchez’s approach for decision making is studied and the concept is generalized by the application of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set (IFS) theory. Through a survey the relations between the skills and the opportunities are discussed. The proposed method is compared with max-min composition method.
