First-principles study of structural, elastic, electronic and optical properties of perovskites XCaH3 (X = Cs and Rb) under pressure
TL;DR: In this paper, the stability, structural parameters, elastic constants, electronic and optical properties of perovskites CsCaH 3 and RbCaH3 were investigated by the density functional theory.

From colossal magnetoresistance to solar cells: An overview on 66 years of research into perovskites
TL;DR: In the case of perovskite lattices, there are various superstructures and orbital-ordering effects to cope elegantly with distortions as mentioned in this paper and the compositional and structural flexibility offers a large toolbox to design and synthesize perovsites with tailored properties searched for by physicists.
A novel one-pot metathesis route for the synthesis of double perovskites, Ba3MM′2O9 (M = Mg, Ni, Zn; M′ = Nb, Ta) with 1 : 2 ordering of M and M′ atoms
Rohini Mani,Nattamai Bhuvanesh,Kandalam V. Ramanujachary,William L Green,Samuel E. Lofland,Jagannatha Gopalakrishnan +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a one-pot synthesis route for 1 : 2 B-site ordered double perovskite oxides, Ba3MM′2O9, that find application in microwave telecommunications is presented.

Perovskite-type SrTi1−xNbx(O,N)3 compounds: Synthesis, crystal structure and optical properties
Alexandra E. Maegli,Songhak Yoon,Eugenio H. Otal,Lassi Karvonen,Peter Mandaliev,Anke Weidenkaff +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the synthesis, crystal structure, thermal stability and absorbance spectra of perovskite-type oxynitrides with the general formula SrTi 1− x Nb x (O,N) 3 (x = 0.05, 0.10, 0., 20, 0, 50,0.80, 0.95) have been investigated and the Rietveld refinement indicated a continuous enlargement of the lattice parameters towards higher niobium content of the samples.

Microwave Dielectric Properties of Sr(B′1/2Nb1/2)O3 [B′=La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Y, Er, Yb, and In] Ceramics
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of cation substitution and glass addition on the microwave dielectric properties of the B'-site elements of the ceramics were investigated, and a correlation of dielectrically properties with the tolerance factor and ionic radii of B-site elements has been observed.
