Abstract: The focus of this study is to showcase the effects of socio-economic status of people in selected Nigeria secondary schools. The highlighted questionnaire looks at the variables in Table 1 in relations to pupils’ achievement in English language in school. The study recommends that education should be subsidized at all cost so that children of poor parents will also have access to good education.
