TL;DR: On two real-world datasets involving computer user monitoring and debit card transactions it is shown that TCRTM extracts semantically meaningful structure and improves hold-out perplexity score by a factor of five compared to standard models.

TL;DR: The findings of the study reveal that the level of job satisfaction of senior staff at the University is high and majority of staff are quite satisfied with their job in the University, however, staffs were dissatisfied with their salaries and non-availability of fringe benefits.
