Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-organic composite solid electrolyte, which can improve hydrogen peroxide resistance of a hydrocarbon-based electrolyte and a perfluoro-based electrolyte and, moreover, has less possibility of deteriorating battery performance, and an electrolyte membrane using the same.SOLUTION: The organic-organic composite solid electrolyte is obtained by: preparing an additive solution by dissolving an additive in a low dielectric organic solvent having a dielectric constant of 10 or less, the additive comprising an organic compound containing no S nor any metal element but contains N and/or O in the molecule; contacting the additive solution and a solid polymer electrolyte; and, thereafter, evaporating the low dielectric organic solvent from the solid polymer electrolyte. In this case, the solid polymer electrolyte may be contacted with water or an aqueous solution having a pH of 3 or more and 9 or less before the contact thereof with the additive solution, or after the contact thereof with the additive solution and after the evaporation of the low dielectric organic solvent.
