Optical alignment equipment

Abstract: The invention discloses optical alignment equipment. The equipment comprises a light source, a light hood, a first polarizing device and a first optical diaphragm, wherein the light source is used foremitting light to irradiate an alignment film on a to-be-processed substrate to allow the alignment film to obtain a corresponding alignment direction, the light hood is arranged above the light source, the first polarizing device is arranged between the to-be-processed substrate and the light source, the first optical diaphragm is arranged between the first polarizing device and the light source, and the first optical diaphragm has a function of half transmission and half reflection to match with the light hood to convert light which does not meet the polarization state of the first polarizing device into the light which meets the polarization state of the first polarizing device so as to improve the intensity of light penetrating through the first polarizing device. By means of the equipment, the light source utilization efficiency of the optical alignment equipment can be improved, and the production cost can be reduced.
