Abstract: The invention requests to protect an opportunity interference alignment-based method for data transmission in a cellular downlink channel The method comprises the following steps: a base station broadcasts S (M*1)-dimensional signal subspaces to all users in a cell, M is the number of antennas of a transmitting end, and a user side designs a reception decoding matrix according to a rule of using a vector orthogonal with an interference vector as far as possible and feeds an interference leakage value back; and the base station side selects S users having minimum interference leakage according to a feedback of the user side, and the base station side performs downlink data transmission according to designed inner- and outer-layer precoding matrices Aiming at the cellular network downlink interference channel, inter-cell interferences and interferences in the cell which are suffered by the users are comprehensively considered, and the opportunity interference alignment-based method for the data transmission in the cellular downlink channel is brought forward According to the algorithm, the preset interference subspaces are broadcasted through the base station, and the multiple users suffering the minimum interferences from other cells are selected according to the feedback values of the users to perform communication; and the cascaded precoding algorithm can eliminate inter-user interferences in the cells, and can effectively inhibit the inter-cell interferences
