Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which has an electrode active material layer and superior output and input characteristics, a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using the above electrode plate for nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for a positive electrode plate and/or a negative electrode plate, a method of manufacturing the electrode plate in which an electrode active material layer is formed on the surface of a current collector by well adhering active material particles without using a resin binder, and further, a battery pack of the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery using the electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery for the positive electrode plate and/or the negative electrode plate SOLUTION: The electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is provided with a current collector and an electrode active material layer formed on at least part of the surface of the current collector Active material particles and a metal oxide showing lithium ion insertion and separation reaction are contained in the electrode active material layer as a binding material COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
