Abstract: The invention provides a non-codebook precoding-based transmission method for a quick time varying multi-input multi-output (MIMO) system. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps of: for a receiving end, S1, receiving signals and pilot frequency sent by a transmitting end and subjected to simultaneous precoding, and finishing channel estimation according to the pilot frequency to acquire an equivalent channel Ht, equ; S2, performing ordering-based query language (QL) decomposition on the equivalent channel Ht, equ to acquire a permutation matrix Pmu, a unitary matrix Q and a lower triangular matrix L with ordered element on diagonals; S3, processing the signals according to the unitary matrix Q; S4, performing serial interference elimination on the processed received signals according to the lower triangular matrix L to acquire signals; S5, performing anti-permutation operation on the signals according to the permutation matrix Pmu to acquire signals; and S6, decoding and coding the signals. The lower triangular matrix L acquired according to the technical scheme of the invention can keep good descending property in a high-speed mobile environment, so the performance of serial interference cancellation technology is ensured, and the interference between sub channels in the quick time varying MIMO system is reduced.
