TL;DR: In this paper, the max. noise levels of important places in terms of noise of Sakarya city center were measured and compared with related to noise regulations, and it was found that the max level of noise value at most of measurement points at Sakarya City center exceeded the noise value of 65 dBA (Turkish Noise Regulation) and 55 dBA(WHO) during the morning, evening and night times.
