Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide the network service system which can improve service quality by matching user's satisfaction with the charged amount of money. CONSTITUTION: A service management table 2 manages the execution classes of services and resource utilization quantities, service by service, while making them correspond to each other. A service driving mechanism 1 drives service modules corresponding to the execution classes and also assign the resource utilization quantities by referring to the service management table 2. A charging compensating mechanism 5 checks whether or not the resource utilization quantity matches the execution class by referring to the service management table 2.
