Myasthenia gravis : a long term follow-up study of Swedish patients with specific reference to thymic histology
TL;DR: The prognosis for the majority of patients with MG is favourable, irrespective of thymic histology, and the cause may be the use of immunomodulating therapy.

Neuronal Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors
Ronald J. Lukas
- 01 Jan 1998

Effects of the ß2-adrenoceptor agonist, albuterol, in a mouse model of anti-MuSK myasthenia gravis.
TL;DR: The results provide the first evidence that short-term albuterol treatment can ameliorate weakness in a robust mouse model of anti-MuSK myasthenia gravis and demonstrate that it is possible to reduce whole-body weakness without necessarily reversing myastshenic impairment to the structure and function of the neuromuscular junction.
