Abstract: This article introduces a novel hybrid structure named as interval-valued neutrosophic N-soft sets (IVNNSSs in short) by a reasonable and innovative combination, connecting interval-valued neutrosophic soft sets to N-soft sets. The new model is illustrated with useful properties and real example. Moreover, we give the extend relations on interval-valued neutrosophic N-soft sets with some operations. Finally, group decision making application of IVNNSSs is given by the extend relation contrast ranking method as a new algorithm. The core of the new algorithm is the extended relationship, which can solve the decision problem when encountering two or more classes of attribute sets. And extend relation contrast ranking method is more suitable for the information of IVNNSSs. Then compared with the TOPSIS, the proposed algorithm is more concise and easy to operate.
