Abstract: The invention relates to a mud solid-liquid separator and a process, and belongs to the technical field of sewage filtering equipment. The mud solid-liquid separator comprises a filter press, whereinfilter plates are arranged in the filter press; a groove is formed in the outer side surface of each filter plate; two adjacent filter plates are periodically attached to each other, and the grooves therebetween are periodically closed to form a filter chamber; filter cloth covers outside each groove; a spring is arranged between each groove and the corresponding filter cloth; the process comprises initial filtration, addition of a conditioning agent, pressure filtration, recovery and other steps. According to the mud solid-liquid separator, the springs are adopted to eject mud cakes on the outer side of the filter cloth, and the springs change the continuous curved surface of the filter cloth by utilizing the action of lifting, so that the mud cakes can not be effectively adhered, the instantaneous pushing action of the elastic force of the springs can effectively bomb the mud cakes, and due to the inertia, the mud cakes can be separated from the filter cloth effectively, thereby avoids the adhesion of the sticky mud cakes, reducing the routine frequent cleaning of the equipment, and greatly improving the continuity of production.
