The motor stator lifting tool includes a supporting component used for carrying a motor stator shell and a lifting component connected with the supporting component; the supporting component comprises a circular supporting plate which is arranged along a horizontal direction; a base is parallelly arranged below the supporting plate; the base includes an outer ring and an inner ring which are concentrically arranged; the outer ring and the inner ring are connected with each other through first steel plates; the diameter of the outer ring is smaller than the diameter of the supporting plate; the outer ring is connected with the supporting plate through second steel plates; and the first steel plates between the outer ring and the inner ring are connected with the lifting component.
