Abstract: The invention discloses a motion-blurred image parameter estimation method based on multi-resolution Fourier analysis theory, which comprises the following steps: carrying out fast Fourier transform on a motion blur containing image; carrying out dynamic range compression on an obtained Fourier spectrum; carrying out processing such as overturning, zero fill and translational copying and the like on a spectrum image subjected to compression by using a multi-resolution Fourier analysis theory; carrying out Fourier transform again on the spectrum image subjected to processing so as to obtain the Fourier spectrum of the compressed spectrum; removing zero points inserted due to zero fill from the obtained spectrum; and based on the spectrum subjected to zero point removal, calculating two parameters, namely, a motion-blur extent and a motion-blur angle. According to the invention, the problem that the traditional direct measuring method is inaccurate in measurement due to a spectrum measurement precision problem is solved; and the method disclosed by the invention is simple in calculation, small in complexity, and prominent in effect.
