Molecular assembly of BINOLTi complexes into an active μ3-oxo titanium catalyst
71
TL;DR: In this paper, a bridging tetranuclear titanium complex was obtained by exposing [Ti(OPri)2(BINOLato)] (2) to hydrated molecular sieves (MS) 4A, which is a precursor of active BINOLTi catalyst (1).

An air-stable, storable chiral zirconium catalyst for asymmetric aldol reactions.
TL;DR: Asymmetric aldol reactions of ketene silyl acetals with aldehydes using an air-stable, storable chiral zirconium catalyst proceeded smoothly to afford the desired adducts in high yields with high selectivity.

Catalytic enantioselective addition of methyltriisopropoxititanium to aldehydes
TL;DR: In this paper, an efficient catalyst for the enantioselective synthesis of chiral methyl carbinols from aldehydes is presented, using methyltriisopropoxytitanium as a nucleophile and a readily available binaphthyl derivative as a chiral ligand.
Controlled synthesis of low‐molecular‐weight polyethylene waxes by titanium–biphenolate–ethylaluminum sesquichloride based catalyst systems
TL;DR: In this article, the catalytic polymerization leading to PE waxes in this reaction exhibited unique properties that have potential applications in surface coatings and adhesive formulations, including narrow polydispersities.
