TL;DR: Neber et al. as discussed by the authors proposed a network and training strategy that relies on the strong use of data augmentation to use the available annotated samples more efficiently, which can be trained end-to-end from very few images and outperforms the prior best method (a sliding-window convolutional network) on the ISBI challenge for segmentation of neuronal structures in electron microscopic stacks.

Momentum Contrast for Unsupervised Visual Representation Learning
Kaiming He,Haoqi Fan,Yuxin Wu,Saining Xie,Ross Girshick +4 more
- 14 Jun 2020
TL;DR: This article proposed Momentum Contrast (MoCo) for unsupervised visual representation learning, which enables building a large and consistent dictionary on-the-fly that facilitates contrastive learning.
A fast diffeomorphic image registration algorithm
TL;DR: DARTEL has been applied to intersubject registration of 471 whole brain images, and the resulting deformations were evaluated in terms of how well they encode the shape information necessary to separate male and female subjects and to predict the ages of the subjects.

TL;DR: The Multimodal Brain Tumor Image Segmentation Benchmark (BRATS) as mentioned in this paper was organized in conjunction with the MICCAI 2012 and 2013 conferences, and twenty state-of-the-art tumor segmentation algorithms were applied to a set of 65 multi-contrast MR scans of low and high grade glioma patients.
