Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope system for operation capable of improving operation efficiency and reducing the burden of an operator by confirming a position to be observed in a part to be observed during the observation of a microscope for operation and improving operability for obtaining position information in a detected operating part space in the case of using a plurality of observing devices and treatment devices together. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a photographing device 34 for detecting the observation positions of a microscope 1 for operation and a hard mirror 21 and a position operating device 35 for merging the observation positions of the microscope 1 for operation and the hard mirror 21 and the image information of the observed part, detecting the change of the observation position on the basis of the detected result of the photographing device 34, selectively processing the observation position information in the observation parts of the microscope 1 for operation and the hard mirror 21 and displaying the result on a monitor 41.
