Abstract: In order to solve the problem of machining micro-sized parts with complex shapes, a micro-blanking device is designed, which makes use of the characteristic that the output displacement of piezoelectric ceramics changes when the input voltage changes. The simulation analysis of micro internal gear blanking was completed by deform software, and the ideal internal gear parts were obtained. When the piezoelectric ceramics are deformed, a great driving load can be generated, and finally the micro internal gear parts are machined on the designed device. Compared with other equipment used for machining such parts, the designed device has the characteristics of good machining performance, low cost and high control precision.
