Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing a complex-shape composite material hot-working mold through 3D printing and belongs to the technical field of mold preparation. Firstly, nanometer No powder and nanometer TiC ceramic powder are subjected to mixing and ball milling, and then H3 steel powder is added to be subjected to ball milling to obtain a composite material; through drawing software, a three-dimensional model with a needed space structure is drawn, H3 steel powder is poured into a 3D printer, a model rudiment with a complex shape is printed, and the unprinted allowance of 20 mm is reserved at a mold cavity; printing equipment is temporarily stopped, the steel powder is replaced by the Ni powder, and a layer of ordinary pure Ni powder is printed on the position, located onthe inner surface of a hot-working mold steel material, of the mold cavity of the mold rudiment; and the printing equipment is temporarily stopped, the Ni powder is replaced by the composite material,printing continues being conducted on the printed pure Ni layer surface, a formed mold piece is cleaned, scraped and polished, and the mold is subjected to elaborate polishing treatment to obtain thecomplex-shape composite material hot-working mold. The complex-shape composite material hot-working mold prepared by the method is even in structure and good in mold performance.
