Method for enzymatic synthesis of feruloyl oligosaccharide in mixed solvent
Zhu Limin,Shi Meng,Quan Jing +2 more
- 19 Sep 2012
TL;DR: In this article, a method for enzymatic synthesis of feruloyl oligosaccharide in a mixed solvent was proposed, which includes: (1) adding an activated molecular sieve in an organic solvent, and performing dehydration processing for 24-96 hours to obtain the dehydrated organic solvent; and (2) performing enzymatically transesterification reaction, adding ferulic acid vinyl ester and glucose in the deregulated organic solvent according to molar ratio of 2:1-1:6.

Solvent-free system biological catalysis fast synthesis method for feruloylated glycerol
Jing Quan,Limin Zhu,Bo Jiang,Yan Zheng +3 more
- 03 Jan 2008
TL;DR: In this article, a biologically catalyzing solvent-free system for rapidly synthesizing ferulic acid glyceride was proposed, which consists of three steps: firstly, dissolving the ferulic acids and ethanol after reflux heating reation under catalysis of thionyl chloride, extracting sodium bicarbonate, removing ethyl ether, statically precipitating crystals, obtaining ferilic acid ethyl ester, and purifying, secondly, reacting the Ferulic acid and ethanol, and glycerin under the reaction of candida rugosa lipase of biocat
